Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the main policy holder once you have bought a policy with us 😔 This will involve a re-calculation of your premium as all of the policy holder details will need to be changed.
If the main policy holder is not correct, you will need to cancel and purchase in the correct name.
If your policy started less than 14 days ago or has not yet started, you will be charged a £30 admin fee to cancel.
If you cancel after 14 days of your policy start date (your cooling off period), the fee will vary depending on your plan:
The cancellation fee for your policy could be between £60-£125 depending on when you purchased a policy and the policy plan you are on. For confirmation please review your policy wording which can be accessed in the document section of your app.
